The Environmental Investment Center supported the project "Future Grid2024KIK" within the framework of the "Support for the Development of Green Technologies".

  • Futugrid’s technology enables the management and aggregation of different types of energy production and consumption equipment to participate in flexibility markets. The scope of this project is to meet the needs arising from the growth of the business, to test the system on a large scale and to upgrade the technology by adding missing hardware and software components.

  • The aim of the project is to achieve TRL level 7, which will enable the introduction of the Futugride Flexible Service (aFRR) in the Baltic market in the second quarter of 2025. By January 2026, Futugrid’s solution will be ready for technology scaling in export markets.

  • As a result of the project, the technology – both software and hardware – is ready and tested for large-scale scaling.

  • The project is supported by the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF).

  • 01.09.2024–31.01.2026.
    Amount of grant 196 933 €
